Great News...You Made it Through Challenging Times

On December 31, 2020, I felt like I was coming out of the darkness and heading toward a beacon of light.

I know that things won’t really change for many months, but with the vaccine—I think we have hope.

You might want to take a few minutes to reflect on 2020 and write a couple of paragraphs about how you prevailed as a “badass” survivor of a pandemic.

Don’t be tempted to write about what you didn’t accomplish or how you got off track, write about what you did to make it through a year of chaos, confusion, unrest, quarantine, sadness, and loss. You had to use your superhero strength to become flexible at work and at home to make it through challenging times.

Once you close the book on 2020, you will be ready to set your goals and make a plan for what you want to accomplish in 2021.
