Your Mind Delivers Some Pretty Crazy Thoughts!

Your Mind Delivers Some Pretty Crazy Thoughts!

I woke up on Sunday morning, and this is what popped in my head in 4 seconds:

  1. Board Packet (mailed on Friday)

  2. Day of the Week Panties (haven’t worn since the late ’60s)

  3. COVID (we all are experts)

  4. Vicki Dezarn (a friend from middle and high school)

 What the heck?

Our brain is the most complex part of the human body, and that is all I get on a Sunday at 7 AM?

After a great night of sleeping in the mountains with the bedroom door open to the 2nd-floor deck and fresh mountain air filling my lungs, you might think I could produce a profound thought or a moment of inspiration. Anything is better than thinking of Day of the Week panties from childhood!

But I started to think about our thoughts, I have recently seen statistics that state we have 6200 thoughts a day. For years we have been taught that we have between 50,000-70,000 thoughts a day.

Who knows how many thoughts we have, but we all know that many of our thoughts don’t serve us well as we strive to live our best life and find our purpose.

Our mind delivers some pretty crazy thoughts that get us off track or delay us from putting our time and energy in the right places.

What are you doing to train your mind to stay on track? What are you doing to challenge your thoughts in order to get the results you are seeking in life?

If you want to take 45 minutes to talk about your crazy thoughts, I would be delighted to listen and offer guidance on how you might gain control of at least a few of the important thoughts. https://nancybeardcoachingllc.com/booking.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Joyfully,
