On Saturday I had a Perfect Day...

My best friend Nancy and I had the opportunity to attend the Oprah 2020 Vision Tour at the Spectrum Arena in Charlotte, NC.

Oprah was live on stage at a five hour event. 

At 9:00 AM the music started and it became an amazing dance party. The energy in the room was infectious and we were all ready to get our inspirational party ON. 15,000 people filled the venue (about 14,900 women and 100 men). Participants of all ages took an energized step towards becoming the highest, truest versions of themselves. When Oprah and other inspirational teachers spoke throughout the day, I listened. I took copious notes. 

After the event Nancy and I compared notes and discussed our next steps to becoming the best version of ourselves. I am working on emotions and she is working on nutrition. We made a vow to hold each other accountable.
