Yes, my life is crazy busy, but I still schedule quiet time.
As I sat on the dock in a cross-legged position observing the beauty of the lake, I heard splashing to the right of me and noticed a fish jumping out of the water. I Googled why fish jump out of water and learned they primarily do this when they are threatened. This got me thinking about the times when I feel threatened and out of my element

The feeling could arise when you walk into a party, or when you meet with your peers at work. Whatever the instance may be, it's not unusual for our thoughts to create feelings of insecurity in scenarios that make us feel threatened.
Sometimes we get caught up in a story about how we don’t fit in with our family or friends, in our social groups, in the workplace and so on. We either blame all the others in our group or we dwell on what is wrong with us.
